The center is characterized by a beautiful wide boulevard where the evening can stroll along the many shops and a bite to eat at one of the numerous restaurants and bars.

Viareggio is known for building luxury motor yachts, which you can admire more than during a visit to one of the marinas.

The wide sandy beach at the height of Camping Paradiso you can opt for paid or free beach.
The beach is paid by cozy beach tents furnished with umbrellas and (lie) chairs, you can rent.
The free beach is perfect for sunbathing, water sports like (kite) surfing, kiting, pedalos, etc.
A pine forest separates the site from the beach, you walk in about 20 minutes, or in 5 minutes with a bike on the camping rents.

You can also use the camping van that you (free) down to the beach.

Near the campsite is a large park (Parco Naturale Migliarino – San Rossore – Massaciuccoli) with beautiful trails for walking, jogging or cycling (the campsite rents “ordinary” bicycles and mountain bikes) and a beautiful lake, the Lago di Massacioccoli, ideal for beautiful sailing trips.

Tirrenia (about half an hour by car) is, according to Golf Magazine, the most beautiful 9-hole golf course in Italy.

Historic cities like Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca and characteristic villages as Volterra and San Gimignano, you should not miss, but also cities like Milan, Venice and Rome in a day visit.
